Montenegro, which lies just underneath Croatia on the Adriatic Coast, is a land waiting to be rediscovered. It has become one of the most exciting places to invest in with its dramatic landscape , Old Heritage sites , easy access and warm climate. Erstwhile playground of the rich and famous.
Since its split away from Yugoslavia and now Serbia, Montenegro is back where it feels it belongs and where it wants to be. It has its own identity back and wants to get through to EU accession as soon as possible. It is hoped this will be by around 2010.

Getting there: Montenegro is easily accessible from UK and Ireland. There are direct flights to Tivat in Montenegro in the summer and all year to Podgorica . What is most common at time of writing is flying direct to Dubrovnik in Croatia. Drive time from Dubrovnik airport to Montenegro is 20 mins.
